SFG Gives Back

The Schultz Financial Group team firmly believes in recognizing and giving to those in the community who are in need.  The charitable giving activities exemplify the service heart that SFG displays to the community. 

The SFG Team went in search of the perfect gifts for a family adopted through the Children’s Cabinet of Reno (www.childrenscabinet.org).  They had the joy of shopping together to fill the wish lists of five children and one parent.  The Children’s Cabinet has been facilitating public-private partnerships in the Reno area since the mid-1980’s, as a way to address the needs of children and families in the community.  Among their many services, they provide education, counseling, mentoring, childcare, and have established a Safe Place program at locations throughout the Reno and Sparks area.

SFG has made Christmas caroling at the Veterans Administration Hospital and Recreation Center a tradition.  For the last eight years the SFG team and families have been entertaining the United States Veterans.  They sang along with us and enjoyed a visit from Russ and Vicki’s Saint Bernard, Kacey – a trained companion therapy dog.
