…creates the vision and leadership of Schultz Financial Group Inc. Additionally, he serves as Chief Investment Officer on the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Schultz is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, served on the National Association of Personal Financial Advisor’s (NAPFA) National Board of Directors from 1995 through 1998, and has been quoted in numerous publications over the years. During his leisure time, Russ enjoys skiing, playing golf, training in martial arts and traveling.

Executive Vice President, Schultz Financial GroupVICKI P. SCHULTZ, MBA, CFP®…
…the Executive Vice President of Schultz Financial Group Inc., manages the client relationships and leads the Financial Planning Team in providing integrative personal planning services. Mrs. Schultz also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. She joined the firm in August, 1983, and became a principal the following year. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Mrs. Schultz is a member of NAPFA and has served on the National Board of Directors. She also dedicates time to the local Soroptomist chapter, a professional women’s service organization that advances human rights and the status of women. Mrs. Schultz has served on the UNR Planned Giving Advisory Council since its inception, chairing the Council from 2008 to 2010. She was honored by Worth magazine as one of the nation’s top financial advisors from 1996 through 2004. Mrs. Schultz earned her undergraduate degree from Temple University in Philadelphia and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach. When Vicki takes time away from the office, she enjoys staying fit by doing cardio kick-boxing and resistance training.

KRISTINA E. MCCABE…
…is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Schultz Financial Group Inc. Having worked in some capacity in nearly all areas of Schultz Financial Group Inc. since 1997, she is well poised to oversee the operations of the company and ensure compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s regulations. Ms. McCabe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. In her spare time, Kristina is an avid scuba diver and as a Dive Master, enjoys assisting with the training of other divers. As a former literature major, Kristina enjoys reading books from all genres and dreams of some day writing a novel of her own.

Vice President of Financial PlanningCLARISSA L. ALESEVICH…
…the Investment Plan Manager for Schultz Financial Group Inc. She has been with the firm since 1998. Clarissa assists in creating the client’s financial plan and manages the investment plan process. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno. Clarissa enjoys exercising, travel, and many outdoor activities with her daughter.

…is the Investment Analyst at Schultz Financial Group Inc. DJ researches, analyzes, and monitors investments and financial markets and manages the operations of Schultz Financial Group’s private investment funds.  DJ also aids  in the creation of Asset Allocations for clients.  DJ earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Master of Science in Finance at University of Nevada, Reno.  Prior to graduating, he became a member of Beta Gamma Sigma for his academic achievement as top 5% of the students in the College of Business. DJ’s master degree thesis, titled “Persistence of Performance of Hedge Funds,” was published at University of Nevada, Reno.  In 2010, he became a member of the Community Foundation of Western Nevada’s Investment Advisory Board Committee.  He is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 2 candidate.  DJ enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and son.

Controller/Accountant for Schultz Financial GroupJOYCE E. FARLEY…
…brings over thirty years of accounting experience to Schultz Financial Group Inc. after nearly 27 years as Assistant Finance Director for the City of Sparks. Joyce serves as the Controller/Accountant for Schultz Financial Group. Mrs. Farley earned her degree from Morrison College while working full time and maintaining an active family life. Joyce enjoys reading and any activities with her husband, children and grandchildren.
